SERVICES RENDERED: DeGree Debris, LLC agrees to provide a non-hazardous solid waste collection and disposal services as specified herein and the customer agrees to make payments abiding by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please note, we do not automatically pick up the dumpsters at any point. Please call us when you are ready for a pickup day.

DeGree Debris does not guarantee any delivery times.

DeGree Debris is not responsible for any local city permitting.

WASTE MATERIAL: This agreement is for non-hazardous solid waste which can be disposed of at an area non-hazardous solid waste landfills. Customers are responsible for ensuring that waste materials are banned from landfill disposal and not placed in the rented dumpster and agree to pay charges, including but not limited to those contained herein if banned wastes are present in the rented dumpster. Some of the waste items which are banned are listed below *pricing subject to change*

1. No batteries
2. No tires
3. Anything flammable, toxic, or hazardous is not permitted
4. No railroad ties
5. No concrete, bricks, or dirt
6. No wet paints, oils, ac units, 50- gallon drums, refrigerators, and anything with freon
7. Mattresses may be an extra charge
8. We are free to use our judgement with heavy bulk material unless otherwise noted

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Some additional charge items are listed below -

1. Any overages will be applied to the card that you used to place the order with
2. The company shall not be responsible for any damage to the customer's property including pavement, pavers, or landscaping. You can place wood down for protection.
3. A cancelation fee of up to the total cost will be applied if you cancel without providing 24 hours in advance.
4. DO NOT OVERLOAD the container. Customers will be charged for ALL overloaded containers at their equivalent tonnage rate presently being charged. An additional fee to this will include labor.
5. The container rental includes use for up to the documented days. If container is kept longer than those days will be additional fees per day.
6. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time with reasoning.
7. It is up to the total cost of the unit for the non-delivery fee will be applied. if we come and we cannot deliver due to obstructions. Please make sure area is clear.

A cancellation fee of up to the total cost WILL BE APPLIED FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS regardless of weather conditions etc. 

PAYMENTS: Customer agrees to make payments for any and all charges contained herein. If a credit card is initially sued for the payment, the customer agrees to allow DeGree Debris, LLC to charge subsequent charges and fees contained herein to the credit card. The customer agrees to make immediate payment for all fees and charges AND to pay 1.5% annual interest and all attorney feeds, court costs, and lien processing fees for past due balances.
